Another poem...

It's over,
The full moon is covered,
Covered with a big black cloud,
Is it going to rain?
Ahh...
I don't care,
Whether it is going to rain or not,
But I ain't moving from this spot.

Rain drops keep falling on me,
But I just stay put,
Even the drops enter my eyes and hurt me eyes,
I still let them open wide,
Staring at the sky, blankly.

It is almost an hour,
My clothes drenched,
I grab my hair,
I love my hair,
But it is not worth to keep them long any more,
Should I just cut them short
Or just leave them be?
The longer I sit under this shower,
The more I'm getting confuse.

I hug my legs,
My eyes no longer filled with rain drops,
But filled with tear drops,
And they keep running down on my checks,
I just couldn't let my sobs fade away with seconds here.

Faint calls behind me,
Coming from my friends,
They still here,
Waiting for my return,
I mustn't let them wait,
So, I walked with a slow pace towards them,
And again I cry,
Soon I realises,
I still have shoulders for me to lean on.

Me and Nana...

While downloading Naruto, I played Diner Dash - Flo Through Time. Later Azrin a.k.a Nana came into my room and asked me to open Flo's closet and change her outfit, around 10pm or so. Maybe to those who play this game can understand what I'm talking about. The actual video is actually about 11 minutes, so I edited it into about 6 minutes. Just wanna share with all of you the joy of having an active niece by yourself and of course sometimes they kinda torture you. So here's the video of our 'project'. Mind the language we used...huhuhu...Enjoy!

Bye Sayang...

Bulan puasa dengan kehadiran kanak2 sememangnya mencabar.......

"Acu, can you open these chocolate for me please?"

"Acu, you want some keropok or not?"

"Acu, why you don't want to eat? Diet ka?"

"Acu, why everybody don't eat? Got no food to eat ka?"

'Acu' this, 'Acu' that...Somehow, to answer these kinda question really tiring. There even times when just one question they asked, but there are 'links' to that particular question and the 'links' is 'why'. Just a simple word as 'why' can really bring a great misery for us to fulfill their queries. That's a challenge when handling curious kids, as curious as in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Hehehe...No lah!!! There are no wrongs when kids have high curiousity. It proves that they have a critical thinking (rather than some adults). It's good for them, thus, don't prohibit or even avoid answering those kind of questions. Answer them with a proper kind of manner. provide them with good values. I think, I don't need to explain 'how' to answer them back critically. You know your own. Right??? "Think people, think!", urged Miss Letch, over and over again towards her students. A familiar name right...Haha...(hopefully she won't sneaking around this blogging carpet.) Hey, future-great-teachers out there! Take kids as a great example of them being critical thinkers. Examples of great critical thinkers in my beloved Cohort 2 are Hystrix, TQ, Anwar, Yvonne Ling and others. When their gears start functioning, I do admire them, I envy them too. Huhuhu...

(p/s: can y'all lend me your brain for the rest of my life? Just a part also I don't mind at all. As long as I have yours...hhehe...)

Back to the main topic, I remembered last years' fasting month. Left me and Isyraf in front of the TV. I was sleeping and of course dreaming off some place I don't recognise at all at that time. All off sudden, I can taste a liquid dripping in my mouth. What a pleasure. Tasty, yet milky. But the milky taste, I then reminded of the taste of kids' formula milk. Not as tasty as the adults' powdered milk or even saturated milk. With that taste lingers in my mouth, I woke up with a shock that actually that milk was intentionally flowed into my mouth by Isyraf. Abeh la posa den. But my sis said that it was not my fault, so I don't have to replace that day of fasting since it broke a rule in fasting. Alhamdulillah...

Hmm, that was one of the tragedies during fasting month....Huhuhu...

This year, my very beloved Captain Razana Azrin the only one 'mulut bising' left in this house of my sis. Where is the Sergeant Isyraf Imran? He still at 'umah opah'. His chicken pox hasn't relieve yet. Still have a few new bulging-watery stuffs here and there. Pity him. Covered with THAT spots all over his body, even in his mouth and his ears. Really painful. He couldn't sleep and eat well for days. With the hands that keep on scratching here and there, add with like to pick up the THAT residues on the floor which he scratched moments before, those were the reasons why his sickness won't subside even it was almost a month ago. Thanks to his Captain, he got chicken pox. Thank God Archery Ibhar Zafran and me, Big Captain in Charge, didn't get infected. (bila la agaknya aku nak dapat campak ni? Jangan aku kena tyme 'tarikh penting' sudah...huhuhu). From the moments Azrin open her eyes, she will not stop watching Playhouse Disney, unless when she falls asleep and that sometimes doesn't happen. With this long hours of no entertainment for us the adults, we sometime fell bored, TOTALLY, HOLISTICALLY BORED!!! Especially during this fasting month. At least, when we fell bored, Mama, Kak Mimi and I will linger around the kitchen, cooking, eating or even make some hot drinks. Now, there is no purpose of lingering at our 'spot' anymore. What to do then? Kena layan la kerenah Tuan Puteri tu...During breaking fast, she fortunately doesn't disturb us with her 'demanding orders'. She just stays put in front of the TV.

If she didn't take her nap in the afternoon or evening, she would take the latest 'ticket' to go to her dream land. If not, until 10 or even sometimes, 11 o'clock she would switch herself off. No matter what time she would fall asleep, but as long as she sleeps, it is a miracle for us in this building of No.17, Bandar Tasek Mutiara. With that, I can safely switch on MY CHANNEL...Paradise at last. Alas, I just can stay up awake until 1 or 1.30. If not, I am not able to hear my alarm and I couldn't wake Mama up for preparing Sahur at 4.30. Unless, when I can't perform any prayers and I will not sleep at all until I wake my mum up. With just a simple sentence as "Bye sayang", uttered by Azrin, really change us all. Hehehe....

With that, bye my sayang-s...mmmuahhhh...hehehe

Here it comes...

Ehem2...drum roll pleaz...Ramadan! Here comes the Ramadhan...The moments we all had been waiting for had come. Once a year, this 'the-ever-so-blessed-month' will be greeted openly, with full of warmth and grace by all the Muslims around the Globe. Not just that, here in Malaysia, the other races also celebrate this fasting month with us. How??? Follow these several steps...
  1. Fetch your parents car or your bike. Start them.
  2. Drive to the nearest Bazar Ramadan.
  3. Get down from your car and observe around. Kalu nak nampak lagi style, pi pinjam binokular sapa2 n usha keadaan sekeliling bazar guna binokular tue...
  4. Can you see any non-muslims?
Hmm...now THAT shows how we Malaysian unite. "1 Malaysia -

Two consecutive days I went to two bazaars near to my house. One, near to Maybank and the other near Elephant's Head Mosque a.k.a Masjid Kepala Gajah. The first day of puasa, both of my parents and I went to the bazaar near to Maybank. That bazaar was somehow crowded. Ya lor, first day of puasa la katakan...Semua oghang ghairah sambut first posa. Hmm...macam2 kerenah manusia ada. According to my dad, "Lawak bila tengok peghangai manusia kat sini. Posa memang posa, tapi tabiat lama dok buat jugak. Jalan dah la sempit, dok parking kat tengah2 jalan. Laki bini tughun kegheta, tinggai anak2 dalam kegheta. Yang lagi soghang nie, anak bini tughun beli lauk nuh kat penghujung bazar, tapi laki dok tunggu dalam kegheta. Lena boleh! Awat la depa nie. Tak makan saman langsung. Free2 ja oghang len dapat dosa kering dok maki hamun depa." Ehem...sori la noe. Papa punya loghat Perlis memang pekat. So, baik aku retain kepekatan dia. Hahaha... Memang betol apa yang Papa kata. Irresponsible langsung komuniti kat sini. Men parking suka-suki hati ja. Bila hon skit dah mengamuk lebey2, padahal salah depa. Hmm...apa nak jadi la ngan Melayu zaman sekarang. Yang amoi, apek, macha ngan aci pown tak kurangnya. Sama ja. 2 kali 5... "Ayo uncle, auntie, bila lu mau ubah lu punya peghangai? Susahkan olang wo!" Kalau mai bazar ni, memang pening kepala. Keadaan yang sangat sesak dengan perangai orang yang perasan bandaq...Paham2 la noe...Aduhai.

Second day of puasa, before pi merayap kat Carrefour, kami pi bazar ramadan kt Kepala Gajah. Lebih specific, kat Taman Putri Gunung. Kawasan ni aman sikit berbanding ngan bazar kt Maybank tue. Style kampung sket. Banyak juadah style kampung. Hehehe... Hehehe...Besa la kan, Mama dah dok kat Perlis for almost more than 15 years, and until now we never stop visitong Perlis since lots of our siblings and my dad still stay there. Mana la Mama ley lupa. Kadang2, aku pown ley tersasul sebut Titi Chai. Hehehe...Lagi satu sebab pasai pa kami boley tersasul adalah suasana meriahnya bazar tue. Kampung style punya bazar memang lain. Baik bila pasar malam, nat (pasar pagi), atau bazar ramadan. Gaya orang juai, gaya orang beli, x berubah langsung. Kat sini, boleh dikatakan ramai orang membeli. Macam apa yang aku kata tadi sal juadah, memang serba serbi. Ayam bakar, ikan bakar, daging bakar, aiq tebu (all-time feveret dalam family...kadang2 aku saja beli batang tebu dan apa lagi, 'gigi! bersedia untuk munch batang tebu tue! hahaha...'), kuih2 tradisional (lompang, kuih 'apa-ntah' tapi yang pasti kuih kaler putih kat atas bawang goreng tue, bengkang original, name it! Suma ada...Yang lagi best, ada Yong Tau Fu! That's the specialty, the extraordinary at Bazar Putri Gunung. Lagi satu keistimewaan kat sini, orang Cina dengan India pown jual makanan depa. Of course bukan orang Melayu yang beli (tapi kadang2 ada jugak budak2 Melayu lingkungan umur 5-7 pi beli kt gerai depa). Even though baru dua hari posa, dah ada gerai mercun. Musykil betol aku. Rasa macam nak book mercun tue pown ada. Selalunya, bila dah nak abes posa, gerai mercun ni pown tutup. Takut kena serbu la katakan. Hehehe...

But actually, above all the deeds and doings during this fasting month, we can see the unity among us, the Malaysian. Bukan senang la nak jumpa orang bukan Melayu join kaum Melayu punya majlis. Bulan Ramadhan ni la boley kita jumpa persepakatan sesama kita rakyat Malaysia. Kalu bulan Merdeka pown xdapat jumpa keadaan macam nie. Kalu ada pown, penglibatan tue secara paksa. Ye la, nak bagi cukup quota la katakan. Bulan posa nie, ramai, berderet orang bukan Melayu join kita kat bazar. Bukan senang la nak dapat depa pi memborong kat gerai Melayu. Dah la tu pulak, penglibatan depa doesn't stop there. Depa pown join kita menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Aku ingat lagi tyme kecik2, ada2 saja duit raya dapat daripada orang bukan Melayu. Pi kedai kat Jalan Nibong Tebal tue, berderet kedai Cina, and kalau kita singgah beli barang, depa mesti bagi 'angpau raya' kat kita. Ntah la sekarang macam mana, samada tradisi tue masih ada ataupun sudah luput dimakan dek modenasisasi. Hmm...bak kata Ms. Jerolyn, one of my teacher at SMKSE a.k.a debate teacher, said that she liked to go to bazar Ramadhan was because she will have the opportunity purchasing Malays' style of cooking easily and most of the culinary are super delicious. Every year, she hardly wait for this month and 'kaboom'! Almost RM20 she would spend. Elok la dengan dasar yang PM gagaskan. Dasar 1 Malaysia. Memang perpaduan dalam kalangan rakyat adalah perkara yang beliau utamakan dan dengan bulan Al-Mubarak ini adalah salah satu bukti terdapatnya persepakatan, perpaduan sesama kita rakyat Malaysia. Hmm...the smell of Mee Kari semakin menyengat kat bawah. Panggilan pown sudah bergema diruang legar rumah. "Manja, pi beli sat tauhu. Kalau xdak tauhu, mee kari xsedap." SO, got to go now...See ya!

p/s: Kueh 'apa-ntah' tadi tue bernama Kuih Ghasidah...hehehe....and btw

"SELAMAT MENYAMBUT BULAN RAMADHAN AL-MUBARAK YANG MULIA DAN DIBERKATI INI....TINGKATKAN PRESTASI DENGAN MENINGKATKAN IBADAH SUNAT YANG PERLU DILAKSANAKAN KETIKA BULAN PUASA, DAN KURANGKAN KONTROVERSI DENGAN MENJAUHI PERKARA YANG TIDAK DISUKAI ALLAH SWT...Puasa biar penoh, jangan sesekali ponteng dengan sengaja, kecuali orang2 yang ada sebab, iaitu sebab 'uzur syar'ie'...hehehe"
